The breakfast menu was excellent and the food once delivered was excellent. The service was on the poor side. Many mornings I sat there neglected. I even asked, “ if they had something against single people!”

The hotel is modern, well decorated, it even has a Starbucks on site . Rooms are big and spacious and quiet .service is friendly. Bell boys super friendly and try to help.

This hotel was one of the most beautiful hotels I’ve seen in a long time. The interior design was spectacular, at the same time it felt like home away from home. The service was amazing. We had a room with veranda, which was perfect for our 4-year-old as well. Every morning we opened the door, and let her wanter on the terrace while we had our coffee in bed. This room was amazing, but the rooms that we not on the verandas didn’t even have a window that opens. We stayed there the first night cause our veranda room was not ready, and we got complimentary parking for 8 nights in exchange. Great customer service. The pool area is amazing, the restaurant, Gala is fantastic. We tried all the food on the menu, all of them were fantastic. We also loved having a mini-starbucks in the hotel with a little shop that included pops, chips, charticurie board style meat, yoghurts etc. We highly recommend this place! We can’t wait to return!
